The Team Wisconsin girls team will participate for the first time in America's Showcase, which will be held April 14-17 at the Robert Morris University Island Sports Center and at the Mount Lebanon Ice Center, both located in Pittsburgh.
Wisconsin girls have been part of Team Central the first three years of the tournament, but this is the first year TW will have its own team.
In the previous three years, Central won two titles and had a runner-up finish last year.
This year, eight teams will compete in the Girls Division:
After three pool play contests, the top two seeded teams will play in semi-final action Saturday, April 16 for the right to compete for the America's Showcase title. That game will take place Sunday, April 17 at 11:00am.
